(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The international forum of Muslim parliamentarians called in its annual meeting on the UN and the international community to necessarily move to save the lives of the Palestinian hunger strikers and pressure the Israeli government to fulfill their just demands.
In the last session of its four-day meeting that concluded on Friday in Kuwait, the conferees discussed the issues of Palestinian hunger strikers and the Judaization of occupied Jerusalem.
They highlighted their refusal to visit Jerusalem while it is under occupation, affirming that such visits constitute recognition of the Israeli occupation state.
The forum also demanded in a statement the immediate release of Palestinian legislative speaker Aziz Dweik and all lawmakers from Israeli jails.
This international forum is an independent parliamentary body and was founded in Indonesia in January 2007 by a galaxy of lawmakers from different Muslim countries.
