Iran's Int’l Quran Contest Exports Islamic Revolution

The 29th International Quran Competition plays a pivotal role in exporting the Islamic Revolution to other Muslim lands.

 Iran
(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The 29th International Quran Competition plays a pivotal role in exporting the Islamic Revolution to other Muslim lands.

This is according to Mohammad Bahrami Khoshkar, member of the Assembly of Experts, who also highlighted the Holy Quran as a book of guidance as well as the main pivot on which Muslims’ solidarity relies.

“The Holy Book can be the source of inspiration for the developments in the Islamic world and an effective means to unite all Muslims against the enemies’ oppression,” he added.

He also highlighted the significant role of International Quran Competition in strengthening the solidarity of the Islamic Ummah and enhancing religious and cultural qualities in the youth.

Referring to the existing deficiencies in Quranic activities, he noted: “We are not lacking Quranic scholars, interpreters or researchers; what we need, however, is to create a sense of cooperation among Quran activists.”

“We also ought to prevent conducting similar projects by launching a Quranic database to keep a record of all the projects carried out in the field,” Bahrami Khoshkar went on to say.
